Dear friends and fellow labourers,
It is with deep gratitude and great joy that we welcome you to our very first Gathering of Teams from across the Caribbean. As leaders walking this journey together, we recognize that this moment did not arrive by accident.
We are living and leading in a VUCA world: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. Yet Scripture reminds us that God is not unsettled by the shaking of the world. We gather under the promise of Isaiah 54:2–3—called to enlarge the place of our tent, to stretch wide without holding back, to strengthen our stakes even as we lengthen our cords.
This conference is an act of faith; a declaration that despite uncertainty, we choose obedience, courage and shared calling, over fear and self-centeredness.
We want to GROW DEEP as we start the journey to 2030—GOING WIDER to see the multiplication of ministries in churches, models in communities and movements in countries across the region.

Three concurrent tracks designed to serve you based on your current level of Sports Ministry training. You have been pre-assigned to a track — commit to it for all 3 days.
Newly established teams looking for foundational guidance. 2 or more leaders making disciples through 1 Go Strategy.
Teams focused on strengthening internal dynamics and operations. Multiple leaders on the team multiplying disciples through multiple strategies.
A mature team multiplying disciples by forming other teams. Teams preparing to birth other teams and expand disciple-making efforts.
Choose ONE elective per day based on your growth need. If choosing the Disciple-making Track, attend all four sessions — each builds on the previous one.
